Be on the lookout for the following ingredients:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Chocolate:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Theobromine<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, found in chocolate, is toxic for pets. You probably have just the right snack in your pantry, refrigerator, or freezer.<\/span><\/p>\n<h4><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Healthy Dog Treats<\/span><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Apples (no caramel on top, please!): Fresh or dehydrated, apples make a good low-calorie occasional snack for dogs.
